Resetting a game instead of remaking

You can reset a game straight after with all the same players, instead of having to remake a game and wait for players to join again when the previous game screwed up which this will takes a lot of time.

There could be votes to accept proposal to reset game in turn 1 - 3 only. All sps, games played count etc will not count after proposal have been accepted.

It doesn't have to be like this, there might be a better way.
