How can you make a Wall like above?

You can't intentionally.
It's a bug, but no better than a normal wall.

Indeed you can do that. But it would be seen bit bugged.

Here's an example that i made now.

btw i could make perfect one, but i was IF, range problem

You proved it could be done, so I guess this thread is about finished.

But I want to put in a word: It's not very efficient.
