I know it's assassin, but I don't think there are leaders in the game
Unlocks a new strategy: Lucky Bastard. +5 to critical chance, +10 cost for all units.
lacks view range, it's +10 critical, also can you even unlock it? Isn't it premium?

'all' is used in the unit movement menu, 'All' is in the categories list in the map filters.
'change' is to change your current strategy, 'Change' does not appear to be used currently, I think I've changed it to 'change' everywhere. Leader is a non-existing unit, but I guess it's not a real issue, since you could actually create a Leader unit in your custom map, for example.

That's in the scenario editor, where you create the scenario sides.
