Lokking for a coalition with spanish people (not c.h.)

Hi, i´m looking for a good coalition if it´s possible with spanish people (not hispanic coalition) for make games and play tournaments.

What country is Spain/Brazil? Does he speak spanish or portuguese? Maybe both?
Anyway he wants a coalition with a considerable quantity of spaniards or spanish speaking people, basically only Coalicion Hispanica accomplishes that. But Coalicion Hispanica is unactive.

We have at least two Spanish speaking players I think (Columna and Lockate). We also have a few french-speaking players as well.

Brazilian people speak portuguese, not spanish.
