Unable to save borders

Every time I want to save my custom 'blank' map it says: 'Unable to save borders'. How can I prevent this message?

Need help with this issue as well.

Use Internet Explorer

Sometimes if you use a custom map as the copy and delete everything it causes issues.

Example I copy my ggg, delete all borders cities and background. Doing this will cause issues in the map editor, I recommend always starting with a fresh blank map.
