Why is hdrakon (re)banned?

If the reason is:

''He was banned before, and shouldn't have been unbanned''

I think its lame to unban someone, and then 1 month later or 2 months later, to reban him (while the mod in action, isnt active at all, and shouldn't been able to make moves like this without the rest of the mod/admin team agreeing?), with a justification that ''he shouldn't have been unbanned'

If we are going to unban someone for good behaviour or whatever reason he got, we shouldn't be rebanning him for exactly the same reasons he got banned in the first place. If someone gets unbanned, I think we can all agree on this point, it means he set his ''jail time'' and its time for him to come back to society. The only reason I can think of for rebanning him, is if he did the same ''crimes'' as he used to what got him banned in the first place.

Its a waste of an verry active clan in clanwars, Mystics is falling apart now.., so this actually directly hits the competitive scene of AW

So my question once again:

Why is hdrakon (re)banned?

Every mod or in some cases admin who has unbanned hdrakon since 2013 has been in the wrong. The lack of transparency of his past misdeeds has lead to a new mod/admin being hoodwinked into unbanning him every time. This guy spends all his time rallying suckers(like waffel) into spamming the forums to unban him all the while targeting new mods and admins complaining that he was banned due to past corrupt and prejudiced mods. It was vril, then caulerpa, then guest, then me, then desu, then tophats, then meester. We are all corrupt and he is a sweet innocent angel. As a result we get this:





This narrative needs to end and the mods need to ensure it happens. We are all sick of reading about it. Hdrakon being unbanned undermines every punishment the modteam applies. Worse those unbanning him never end up having to deal with the fallout. Let it end and move on.

Lao is correct. Hdrakon is now banned and will remain banned. Not necessarily for something he has recently done, but because of his insanely long rap sheet in the past. We are sorry for all the people who were friends with Hdrakon, we don't wish to sever those relationships. We have no ill-will toward Hdrakon, we just want to show consistency.
