Way to choose Singapore

That's it.

Anyone who can successfully choose Singapore as your capital in a game?
I can never do that.

Everytime I click on the star of Singapore, a city description shown and tells me it is Singapore.
No buying option available.

So I try hard clicking on the land surrounding the star, hoping to touch on a piece of land of Singapore,
what I get is either Malaysia or Indonesia.

I have heard from Cow that he once met a guy who could choose Singapore.
So if that is you, please show up here and teach me how to get it.

I too have never been able to do this. Luxembourg at least has a good amount of land surrounding it.

The amount of land should be extended a bit.

Click on the star-city.
It opens up a little menu with the city's country and income and stuff.
Click on the country-name (Tringapore)
Opens up the country-menu
Profit.
