Mods, I was changing my name to "Jacks Smirking Revenge" and it cut off at "Jacks Smirking R". Can you please refund me the 7500sp so I can change my name back please? Thanks

In this case I think it should be, since he was unaware that the name will automatically cut off. I'm sure it was just a mistake on his part.
