Hybrid warfare? good investment or no?

I've bought about six different strategies but use mainly blitz for the extended range; can I get some opinions on the value of spending $31500 to get the upgrade of "hybrid warfare"?? is it worth the expenditure in your view? i've bought so many strategies that I don't ever use, I wonder if I should spend so much
on HW when I don't see many players using it; thanks for your opinions

Buying hybrid warfare.... It should be your last upgrade and don't forget to spend 10K SP to make your own cln before buying it

You need to get the infantries and Marines and general upgrades.... the infantries ones are pretty important.

If there are only one strategy left then you have to pick HW
