Map Balance

I just wanna define "balance". Is it based on income? Is it on reinforcements? Or is it location and proximity of rfs?

Well it can be as unbalanced as playing a Slovenia vs Ukraine or iceland vs Serbia... I don't think I understand what's the question here...

Iron Fist or Perfect Defense Iceland versus Perfect Defense or Relentless Attack United Kingdom seems pretty unbalanced. That sounds ridiculous, but it's still technically a "eu+ 10k extra cities" game.

I think misphrased wat i wanted discussed... what im tryin to ask about is the europe map as a whole, not starting position or strats. thts wat im sayin by balance

A balanced map = every country/strat combo has a reasonably fair counter.

perfect balance = a mirrored map.

europe is balanced for all starting funds bar 3k, where serbia is overpowered.

okay, someone needs to teach me how to play 3k Serbia. Because I get crushed by whoever picks Austria every time I try this.

Austria is strong too, but you get out of money earlier than with serbia, that's what makes the difference between them
