Top Sp of the month

I'm asking what if we get rewards for being 1st, 2nd or 3rd in top Sp of the month rankings and we get something like protocoins for example?
Players will try hard to get to the top and it'll be a good new challenge.

I hate this idea. some guys would backstable their own mother to win

Not a reward that would be permanent but a temporary gift that would still encourage playing AW. Maybe a week's premium pack (or even full package). This way it would encourage more people to play AW since they want to reach that target and get the prem. But then again, I agree with what DrTrollface said too ;/ just an idea though.

Maybe make a hall of fame or something for top sp in current month without any other reward. Hopefully no mothers will be killed and super active or greedy players will get some satisfaction.

I wud be in hall of fame all the time.

I believe i still have the record for most sp in a month.

I think this idea would have more weight if you weren't currently in top place of the month and fishing for a prize.

We could always remove down the players and put it back to square one then we can all race for it

What I meant was to be able to see top sp in every month (e.g. top sp in March 2012) not just from last month (and correct me if I'm wrong but it don't show sp from February but all sp collected by a player from last 30, 7 or 1 day counting from current time?)

You are absolutely right; there are "only" stats for 30, 7 and 1 day periods.
Will try to include this issue into the player statistics I'm launching on monthly basis (http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=7005 and http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=7289); unfortunately "only" for top 50 players.
