Guys im talking with evryone but noone can tell me how to be an moderator or an dj,can someone tell to me how

I answered your question in game. You don't apply to become a moderator. The moderators get together and choose who they think would be a wise addition to their staff. To become a DJ you would have to contact Madara or myself.

Mods get chosen by Admins and Mods; no applications are accepted.
DJs get appointed (chosen) by the players leading the Radio program; applications shall be directed to them.

Not at all. Actually I don't support the reactionary idea of socialism... rather the massification of Anarchy.
