Randomize and balance teams

Once again I am not sure if this was brought up, but I was wondering if there could be a way deselect the "Randomize and balance teams" check box after a game starts. Sometimes when I make a low rank game I want the teams to be as balanced as possible, but when the game begins and people leave and join back the teams are no longer balanced and there is not way for us to shuffle the teams.

Support and while we re at it fix the feature itaelf it doesnt even balance properly anyway (countless time u end up 10 5 5 vs 10 8 8)
