Banned for no reason

So my main account, I changed my name to "Brianwl." And got banned for one week for apparently "Impersonating staff members" This is serious bs and I ask a mod to message me to discuss this, I bought one month prem as well as casual games that I feel are going to waste because of this...

4.3 Impersonating an admin, moderator, supporter or player is strictly prohibited. Impersonating a staff member may result in being permanently banned from the game without warning.
