Correct me if I'm wrong but if your transporting tanks over land in air transport and it gets attacked the units inside take part in the battle unless they are over sea.

So why did I lose shit load of tanks in around 8 air transport over land vs 9 bombers.

I think, that if you transporting your troops, they shold be in plane, not on ground beneath it.
I mean it's just wrong if it's not like this.
Imagen tanks, rushing out of plane on shoots and fireing at all moving targets on land (like in A-Team:Movie)

You maybe right, they may of changed it, but they should make all these changes clear also if they have changed it they need to lower the cost of air transport.

If your air transport got intercepted, land units don't participate in battle, obviously. It's been like for like two months already.

BTW, just to clear things up

If you attacking with troops on Air Transports it is considered as troops desanted on ground and there is no any penalties?

Yes, that's correct. When you attack, all your units participate in the battle with no penalties (they're considered landed).
