Tillwill's UN Game Rules and banned players.

Rules:
1) No attacking without un permission.
2) No nuking
3) UNs must be rank 5+
4) No letting a banned player play.
5) No wallblocking first turn
6) No bribes to UN
7) No troops in another persons land
8) (UNs) No accepting uneven wars (wars must be 1v1 or 2v2 unless its a big country (like china) against a small country (like Israel) allies may only help in defence and money
9) No wars for real life reasons
10) No blocking international waters
Rule 11) No attacking an afk player (player must specify to un that they will be gone)
Rule 12) Oil in sea is always ffa
Oil on land belongs to that country it is in
Rule 13) Neutral countries at start are ffa.

Edit you post to update your "rules". You cant have a banned player list on the forum it will lead to flame wars.

Why should I give you 600 PCs when you didn't post any SCs of it, I don't know what countries are there, or how many. Atleast show some info.

Alright, here's yer info:
There are currently 19 countries. These are:
USA, Canada, Israel, NEU, Russia, SEU, Iran+ Allies, African Union, South American Union, Brazil, ASEAN, Japan+ South Korea, China+ NK, India+Allies, Both UNs, Arab League, Central American Nations, WEU
UNs Have no black eagles, but instead have a different unit called Gray Hawks (play on words but theyre way more op than eagles)
SEU owns turkey.
EEU was removed.
USA owns Iraq.
Greenland is the UN2 Base, it has mines for UN income.
If i have the chance to edit it, i will, turkey could become UN1 base, making SEU less op.
Israel is a bank and a country, but they can only war certain countries (ask me for list).
I hope also to edit Brazil and the South American Union, making both of them stronger as both are weak since i broke them in two.
The rules are posted up top.
I no longer have any SCs of it but i will get some if somebody donates some protocoins to me.
I can no longer start because it requires more than 10 players and i forgot to publish.

Well, im just gonna say that this was worked on far to hard to loose forever. Buy ricky some coins please (600).
