Isn't this thread redundant? There are several other threads discussing increase of player limit.

On an unrelated note, full support. More players in a game tends to be good thing, even if it lags to high heavens.

Imagin the servers going down if games with 20+ players would take place we might wanne wait for this improvement after html5 is here

20 players take 4 hour let guess how much day will take if it 30 players.

Even 5 player world games take 4 hours. Also, most of those 20 players will have left by turn 10.

Support.. Most players die in the first 20 turns, the rest will have a long war.

With 50% of atwar :trolls and idiots, we would wait 3 hours to start that game.

Nobody says the games have to be filled to thirty. You would still be able to play RPs with 15 or 20 players. That's what "maximum" means.

It will just mean that there will be the option to have more than twenty players should the circumstances enable it.

Because, as you can see from the considerable support backing this proposal, there exists certain situations where 30 players are preferable to 20. I cannot believe that you haven't understood this yet.

If the maximum player limit is raised to 30 players, the games will not need to be filled with that many, but it can be. There is an extremely clear distinction there. Raising the max player limit to 30 will literally not forbid anything that is currently permitted, but it will permit games which previously was not possible to be hosted. I don't understand why this fact seems to not be understood by so many people.

So if u don't want to fill a game with 30 players why u need what then? If we can't host games with 20 players cause it's tood fificult how we can host games with more than 20? This proposal has non sense and all u know it.

Atwar would definatly need to do something about the servers before this happens.

We don't need 30 player maximum games, before we even go into bringing that up we need more players in general. When you can't even fill up a 6 player game(excluding 3v3s) in atwar nowadays then you know there's an issue.
