Yea comparing the two threads will be good, as the old one has voices of many old and distinguished players. Would be interesting to contrast 2014 AW with 2015 nearing 16 AW's opinions.

Some players will stay on the same level despite playing for 5 years without break

Some players will stay on the same level despite taking a 2 year break.
