Dominoz challenges Cold Case to a Death Duel

Dominoz requested of me to deliver his challenge Publically:

Within about a period of 5 days time when Dominoz gets unbanned, he challenges Moderator Cold Case (the mod who banned him) to a battle of wits, brains, and determination in the game of war. This duel will take place on Europe+ 10k settings, standard duel settings. In this match, the following tactics will be Prohibited: Rewalling (the moving of walls with replacing of new ones), Serbwalling(the destroying of an opponents wall while placing a new wall over that same walled city), and any sort of disconnection abuse (ending turn when an opponent reloads.

Stipulations:
If Cold Case wins, Dominoz will Never return to the game and Cold Case will be Victorious

If Dominoz wins, He specified 2 options Cold Case could take
1. Delete his account and issue a Public apology to Dominoz, and never return to the game
2. Delete the clan "Hellenism"
Dominoz is satisfied with either option, but if Cold Case loses and goes with option 1, the Apology MUST be public and MUST be posted on forums.

Rejection:
This option, the least manliest according to Dominoz.

If Cold Case denies this duel, he proves the following statement:
"He is a man of no worth, deserves to get his mod power removed" ~Dominoz

How can he delete something that is not his? And also it's so nice hitting in new clans who try to leave a mark on competitive. Such low behaviour I haven't seen in some time and also there are a bunch of players against Hellenism. Let's destroy the new wave! Delete their clans! Compromise their chance and future!

Wits, brains and determination? These qualities seem to lack all together from this challange so please don't give to a brainless DD challange an aura of intellect and wisdom. They lack it, completely.

Talking about these qualities then lists a bunch of infamous practices who are condoned by honourless players. Friends, in 'battle of wits, brains, and determination' there is no need to be reminded about serbwall, rewall and dc abuse...

As a conclusion, don't try to wrap a vulgar and petty DD challange directed to a respectable mod into a package of honour and chivalry.
You hate CC, plain and simple, and you want to destroy him (or Hellenism, one out of two if possible).

CC did the right thing. Dominoz he abused the rules lots of times, and some in here they have to start show some respect on other players.
All Hellenism support Cold Case he did something that other should have done before.
