This picture describes all.
Tens of thousands young, intelligent and trained Croatians are going in another countries (Especially now when Croatia is in EU) to find better colleges, job, luck, life, ....
At the same time, there are tens of thousands immigrants from East or Africa that are coming in Croatia.
It all escalated after Hungary made a 5m high border wall with Serbia who was known as country through which all immigrants are going in to other countries from EU.
Now that is Croatia.
Problem is, young and smart people didnt find job here or didnt have luck in finding so they are going out. There is no chance those immigrants will find better job here when neither those trained Croatian students did.
Europe should do much more for stopping this overescalated and massive immigrations that are even breaking law rules.
Also, I think Croatian government and governments of other countries that are targets of immigrants should do something, because this is not good future picture.

If country have strong economy, immigration wont be a problem, but if a country have weak economy, immigration become a problem. Thats why you need law which regulate immigration in case you have weak economy. But with strong economy you can have immigrants as many you want. Of course you also need normal government to manage them when they enter the state. Russia have 11 million immigrants, mostly from ex-USSR and ex-Warsaw Pact. They are employed in factories, shipyards and construction sites. Russia provide them job and decent salary, but if they are lazy and dont want to work they will leave Russia, they wont lie on streets for eternity like EU fears of their immigrants. Just give them decent job and salary and thats it, but dont ignore them and leave them camp in your cities forever, you create ghettos that way. Thats why you need strong economy, so you can provide them jobs. US government for example didnt coordinate immigrants, they leave them on their own when they enter USA (in 19th century). So half of immigrants had luck/skills and started job or found one, but other half wasnt that lucky and they created crime organizations to make profit. Italian Mafia, Irish Mafia, Jewish Mafia etc.

This problem is everywhere in Europe, not just in Croatia. The only thing we can do is hope for a better government that will quit the European Union, stop being emotional and taking in too many immigrants, and start fixing our own problems. We need to start telling those heartbleeding socialists that if they want to help people, they should go work for a charity organization and improve the situation in the middle east instead of dedicating themselves to ruining our nation.

There isn't a lot of room. Why should Europeans suffer population density so foreigners can live off their labour? Immigrants on the whole are unemployed. They are not productive and don't come close to their tax costs. Unemployment is already rising in Europe and they aren't going to help create any. They will also just lower average wages. Russia have better healthcare system then most of Europe and better than United States. Because it is universal, backed by good schools which produce good doctors and nurses since 1930. Not to mention knowledge collected through centuries and skill obtained during wars like surgery during WWII. Check how many Americans and Europeans go to Russia to get efficient, affordable complicated surgeries. The one that save lives but cant get them in America because expensive, reserved only for elite.
True about wages, unemployment is 5%, thats 5% less than America and Europe Wages will rise, but not like West because West doesnt have natural wealth like Russia does, thus prices go up and therefore wages as well. Russian economy is #10 largest, thats enough for us. As i said, we are not competing with the world like West does. Some things are not for competition. In the year 2000, Russian economy was #50 or so, 15 years later it get spot #10. It gone up 40 spots, thats a great achievement for such a short period of time.
Crime in Russia is leftover from 'dashing 90s' era. When USSR collapsed, system collapsed as well which created crime. To stop crime, you can do it democratic way, but it takes time, it is slow, or do it totalitarian way, its faster. Russia is doing it democratic way, with trials, proofs, police respecting laws and human rights. In the last 15 years crime in Russia is down for 50%-70%, but it need more time to reach 100% crime-free state. Better let go 1000 criminals than send 1 innocent to prison.
