Coke is a better stomach ache aid then Pepto bismol. This is because coke originally was a medicine, and yes it did, and still does have cocaine. Although today the cocaine content is so little that is doesn't affect human's nervous system, or affect your body in any negative way. The other "main" ingredient is Kola nut. Kola nuts are known for being in many stomach pain aid such as Tums, and others. Coca cola's name was changed to "Coca Cola" from "coka kola" because the logo looked better that way. Pepsi is sort of the same thing but dosnt work as well or taste as good as Coca Cola.
