PICK/BAN PHASE

Pick and Ban phase for team games. In team matches allowing each side to ban at least 1 country from being chosen can help balance the game a bit since some countries are more OP then others. You can still claim it during the game but you cannot start off as the countries you ban, and the captain of each team gets to choose which to ban.
EXAMPLE
First we have a ban phase
Team 1... Team 2
1....................... 2

Then we have the picking phase
Team 2 .. Team 1
1............................2
3 ...........................4
5........................... 6

Who ever bans first in the ban phase has to choose second in the picking phase

Team 1 bans Turkey. First pick for team 1 is Ukraine.

I'm guessing this suggestion was inspired by DotA's captain's mode. I'm not entirely sure if it would have the same affect on AtWar though, but it'd be interesting to try. If it does happen to work out fairly, restricting picks will definitely increase the diversity in games.

Lets try this in a 3v3 games ...before game starts captains writte in chat what they ban so we see if it works.
