After this "PD-Nerf", everthing looks fine to me

You realize that PD still has +1 in its cities along with +1 against tanks (keep the tank part).

All other strats now have +1 in cities.

All this has done is buff defense, making attack weaker still.

What should be the fix:
Now before the bug was fixed, the stats were PD 8defense, 6+1(pd)+1gen (no bonus in cities)
Normal inf were: 6def+1gen, 7defense (exception for IF/GC)

Militia bonus is also gone(keep this)

If possible reduce infantry neutral defence from 7 to 6. The offence boost helps but over this weakens countries which have infantry neutrals mainly to expand against.

With your current offensive boosts, the 7 def should be kept. Otherwise support your RA proposal.

For Perfect Defence (PD)
- 1 defence for infartries
+10 cost for infartries

Perfect defence is, well, perfect defence. I feel that the best solution is one that reduces PD's offensive capacity, not making PD's defence weaker.

-1 range to infantry, -1 range to tanks, +100 cost and -5 capacity to transports, +400 cost and -1 capacity to air transports will serve nicely.

eh my opinion on this, is that will cripple PD hard. Not much change is needed, we need something similar when the "bug" was still intact.

Disagree. Add militias and I agree and after that, we discuss what to add.

OR just for standard infantries (which is what I purpose).

Yes remove the +1 bonuses to neutral inf. Most of us thought that this was the general thing. Like joed was saying, if 10gw marines or 9gc tanks or 9RA tanks cannot take 8 inf, it's game breaking.
