Firstly you must go onto your personal profile, then you should be able to see 5 tabs under your name, click onto the 4th one named "stats" and then it will show you all of your stats and it will also show you all of the medals that you've already achieved, it will also tell you on what to do to gain the next medal for every individual stat.
