Adding Pen and Eraser button for borders

Insted of dragging borders with that littel red dot/lines, I had an idea in which we could use Delete-Pen button, to draw border and delete them .

VERY difficult to implement in Silverlight, sorry.

So when Ivan and Amok Say VERRYY difficult and they can't do it, it means 2 years later it is implented?
